Ginger Soup for Cough

I was coughing for the past 2 months, hardly can sleep well, lately I try to boil ginger soup & drink as often as to ease my throat to prevent coughing. It really work, my body was kept warm most of the time and the phlegm can be loosen and cough out easily.

My first day at blog

I was chair bounded yesterday due to severed back pain, a close friend of mine came over to nurse me. While chit chatting she told me she wish to start a blog and today she show me what she has done yesterday, so I was excited and decided to start something as well.
Today I woke up feeling glad that my back pain has reliefed. I am just looking forward for more & more improvement in my health condition.
I will not be anxious but taking thing one day at a time, I give thank to God when I could open my eyes everyday.
